Can't Verify by Phone: If you've lost access to your registered phone number, contact support. Be ready to provide your full name, email(s) used, old phone number (if known), and a past order number to verify your identity.

Adding VAT ID and Company Name to Invoices
You can update your organization's Billing Details in your ESIMI account, on the Profile page: Click Here When updated on your profile, the following info will appear on Invoices and Invoice PDFs downloaded from your account:

You can download a copy of any Invoice by visiting the Bill & Payments page, clicking the appropriate Invoice, and using the Download button.
How to Manage Auto Renew for Your ESIMI eSIM Plan
Want your eSIM data plan to renew automatically each month for longer trips? You can easily enable or disable the Auto Renew setting within your ESIMI account.
Auto Renew is a convenient feature that automatically extends your eligible data package for an additional 30 days each month when your current plan is about to expire.
Here’s how to enable or disable Auto Renew:

Log in to your eSIMI account on our website.

Go to your My eSIMs or Data Plans section (the exact name may vary slightly).

Find the specific eSIM plan you want to manage.

You will see an option to Enable Auto Renew or Cancel Auto Renew next to the plan. Click the appropriate option.
You have full control and can turn Auto Renew on or off anytime you need to. This feature is available for both our Prepaid and Unlimited - 30 Days eSIM data plans.
Important Note: Limitations for Long-Term Renewal
While Auto Renew makes it easy to extend your coverage, please remember that eSIMI service is designed for short-term travel and tourism, intended for use up to a maximum of 180 consecutive days
Accessing Your Order Invoices Anytime
eSIMI makes it convenient to keep track of your purchases with easily downloadable invoices.
To get an invoice for your order:

Log in to your eSIMI account.

Navigate to the section for your Orders or Billing.

Select the specific order.
-
Look for the option to Download the invoice PDF.
Your invoices are always accessible whenever you need them for your records.
Keeping Your Contact Information Current
Easily manage your contact details, like your email address and phone number, within your eSIMI account profile.
To update your information:

Log in to your ESIMI account.

Navigate to your Profile or Settings.

Change your Email Address or Phone Number in the relevant fields.

Save the changes using the Update button.
Keeping your contact info accurate helps ensure you receive important updates about your service.
Turn Login Notifications On or Off
You can manage login notifications for your eSIMI account easily:

Log in to your account.

Go to Profile & Settings.
-
Under Notification Preferences, switch the login alerts ON or OFF.

Click Update Settings.
Control your login alerts whenever you like.
How to Cancel Your Order
Please do not mark your request Solved after viewing this article. We need to manually review each refund request.
